PVO Registration Annual Submissions

To maintain its registration, each registered private voluntary organization (PVO) must submit documents and forms annually (22CFR203.5). Registered PVOs complete the annual registration process online. USAID reviews submissions to evaluate ongoing compliance with the Conditions of Registration.

The Annual Submission Due Date Has Been Extended for All Registered PVOs.

  • A PVO has nine months from the end of its fiscal year to tender its annual submission.
     
  • USAID will send an e-mail notice to the PVO's chief financial officer of record approximately two months before the PVO's annual submission due date. The notice will contain a Username, Password, and a link to the PVO registration Web site. The PVO must logon to the site to complete and tender its annual submission. USAID will send a reminder e-mail notice to the PVO's chief executive officer of record approximately one month before the PVO's due date if the annual registration process has not been completed.
