The organization also provides opportunities and training in budgeting, saving, and borrowing through financial inclusion programs. Since 2000, Five Talents has mobilized over $8 million to build the capacity of indigenous organizations in 20 countries to provide loans and business-skills training to members. Businesses supported by these loans provide jobs and opportunities to indirect beneficiaries, impacting an additional 3.5 million individuals in their communities.
